The City is committed to maintaining the business operations and essential services while making efforts to protect the health of City employees and slow the spread of COVID-19. Permit, Inspection, Code Enforcement and Planning services provided by the City of Sioux Falls are available online, by the phone or in person at the City Center.

Contribute towards shaping Sioux Falls as a community of choice that is guided by innovative plans and policies, and land use requirements which are clearly defined and reasonable. Facilitate minimum life safety standards for building projects through a customer-service focused plan review, permitting and inspection function.
