Bring your lawn chair, blankets, and come see great live theater in our beautiful parks system. Since all shows are outside, they are weather dependent. Performance will be cancelled if there is inclement weather prior to showtime. All shows are free to the public.
Another summer of theater is coming your way with lots of great entertainment! Exact times and locations of performances will be available at a later date.
BARE BODKINS PRESENTS Romeo and Juliet
Centering on two young lovers who defy their family’s “ancient enmity” to be together, Romeo and Juliet is known for its depiction of “star-crossed” romance that ends in tragedy. In addition to featuring some of Shakespeare’s most iconic characters and lines, this play also includes delightful comedic elements and plenty of action and swordplay for audiences to enjoy. Our 26th season is the perfect opportunity to share this enduring and unforgettable tale using Bare Bodkins signature fast-paced, engaging style.
The 90-minute performance will take place in the ruins of the Queen Bee Mill at Falls Park.
**Lawn chairs or blankets are recommended. All tickets are free, but seating is limited. First-come, first-seated. Tickets handed out starting at 6 p.m. the night of the performance.

“Broadway and Beyond!” brings the magic of New York City through song and dance to the McKennan Park stage in this exciting performance for the whole family! From contemporary Broadway shows and film titles such as MJ, Soul, A Beautiful Noise, The Neil Diamond Musical, and Beautiful to classics such as Fiddler on the Roof, Sweet Charity, The King and I, and Crazy for You, the stage will come alive in story, song, and dance. Join us as we celebrate some of the Sioux Empire’s most talented performers of all ages in a show you won’t forget!
