February Is National Children’s Oral Health Month

Oral health problems are the number one reason that students miss school. Nationally, 30 percent of elementary-aged kids miss more than nine million school days due to oral health problems.

Our School-Based Health Clinics located in Hawthorne, Hayward, and Terry Redlin Elementary Schools can provide your child with the dental care they need. We offer exams, X-rays, fluoride, sealant, and restorative care, all within your child’s school. We know how difficult it can be getting your child to and from appointments. Our school clinics are here to help eliminate parents taking the time off work and students missing class time.

To celebrate February being National Children’s Oral Health Month, our school-based clinics located in Hawthorne, Hayward, and Terry Redlin Elementary Schools are offering fluoride and also a special teeth sealant program to the second graders at no cost to the family.

Let’s keep our children feeling great and ready to learn!
