The City is required to adopt a Citizen Participation Plan that sets forth its policies and procedures for citizen participation related to the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. The City will provide adequate information to citizens, hold public hearings to obtain views of citizens, and provide citizens an opportunity to comment on the City’s community development performance.

Carnegie Cir.; Oak View Branch Library, 3700 E. 3rd St.; Prairie West Branch Library, 7630 W. 26th St.; and Ronning Branch Library, 3100 E. 49th St. The plan is also available online at siouxfalls.org/planning-dev/planning/affordable-housing/citizen-participation.
