Patient Support Technician Job Opportunities

Rate: $15.56 per hour

The City of Sioux Falls Health Department is seeking a part-time Patient Support Technician to provide customer service to patients at Falls Community Health.  This is a part-time, non-benefitted position that will work up to 28 hours per week based on clinic needs. Duties include the ability to schedule patients for clinic appointments, arrange patient transportation and interpreter services, send patient messages to clinical staff, and other related duties.

Well qualified candidates will have experience with customer service duties at the front desk in a health clinic environment and familiarity with an EMR system. EOE.
