Consolidated Plan Public Hearing

Further explanation below

Housing Division Consolidated Plan Public Hearing

The City of Sioux Falls Housing Division will hold two public hearings.
Thursday May 9, 2019, at 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
at the Downtown Holiday Inn

The purpose of each hearing is to obtain comments from residents, people of low and moderate income, people who are homeless, racial and ethnic minorities, people of limited English proficiency, people with disabilities, and entities that provide services to these populations. This input will be used in the development of the City’s priorities for the 2020 Annual Action Plan.

Comments should pertain to the unmet needs of the community (with an emphasis on people of low and moderate income)—not the needs, projects, or goals of individual agencies. The 2020 Annual Action Plan will identify the sources and uses of funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
