Information for Inspection Requests

Inspection Requests for Homeowner Permits

Requests should be made one working day before the inspection is desired. An adult must be present during the inspection. Only contractors may request inspections for work they performed. Access and means for inspection of the work must be provided.

INFORMATION REQUIRED TO REQUEST AN INSPECTION:

  • Street address.
  • Owner’s name.
  • Permit number, if available
  • Daytime phone number you can be reached at.
  • Type of inspection needed.
  • Date/time frame when responsible party will be present. Inspectors will not enter the living portion of an occupied dwelling unless an adult or contractor with authority over the dwelling is present and gives permission.
