What:    News conference to announce the fifth annual Mayors Big Sioux River Water Summit, which will take place on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, in Watertown, South Dakota

Why:     Key water quality initiatives have been successful in improving the water quality of the Big Sioux River, but much more must be done. The news conference will encourage more action and motivate leaders to attend the fifth annual Mayors Big Sioux River Water Summit on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, in Watertown, South Dakota.
