Road Closure – Phillips Avenue

Beginning at 1:30 a.m. on Monday, September 18, 2017, South Phillips Avenue will be closed between Tenth Street and 11th Street.

Tull Companies will be performing crane lifting operations.

This work is anticipated to be complete by 3:30 a.m. on September 18, 2017.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Reminder - Highline Avenue Closure

Beginning on Monday, September 18, 2017, South Highline Avenue south of Arrowhead Parkway will be closed to allow construction crews to reconstruct this street. Access to Highline Avenue north of Arrowhead Parkway will be maintained.

Crews are anticipated to have Highline Avenue south of Arrowhead Parkway reopened to traffic within three weeks. This work is part of the ongoing Arrowhead Parkway reconstruction project.

Phase 1 of this project is anticipated to be fully open to traffic by late fall of 2017, with additional work between Highline Avenue and Sycamore Avenue occurring in 2018. The overall project is scheduled to be complete by late fall of 2018.

Street Construction –
31st Street and Duluth Avenue

Beginning on Monday, September 18, 2017, South Duluth Avenue between 29th Street and 31st Street, as well as 31st Street between Duluth Avenue and Minnesota Avenue will be closed to allow construction crews to perform asphalt patching and street subgrade repairs.

Weather permitting this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.
