Provide Input on Future Sioux Falls Neighborhoods: Come to the Subdivision Plan Open House
Sioux Falls Planning and Building Services will be reviewing the City’s subdivision ordinance at an open house on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West Tenth Street, in the overflow room. The public is encouraged to attend.
The open house is designed to engage the public in the first step of updating the subdivision ordinance. The subdivision ordinance includes rules and regulations around developing streets and infrastructure for new neighborhoods and employment areas. Open house participants will be the first to take a neighborhood street survey that will provide City staff with input into possible changes to the subdivision ordinance and city design standards. The open house will provide information about the current subdivision ordinance and allow the public to provide general comments about the ordinance, standards, and process. The public is encouraged to attend anytime during the open house to provide input. There will be no formal presentation. Input may also be submitted by emailing to email@example.com.
If an ADA accommodation is needed, please contact the Human Relations Office at 605 367 8745 or firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours before the event.
