—Board Vacancy—Public Parking Advisory Board

Mayor Mike Huether has announced a vacancy to the Public Parking Advisory Board (PPAB).

The PPAB works in conjunction with the Director of Community Development and Public Parking Facilities to provide sufficient, convenient, safe, and attractive parking for a vibrant downtown Sioux Falls. Members of the Board must be property or business owners within the business improvement district. Property owner must mean the title holder, purchaser under contract for deed, lessee, or their officer, agent, or employee.

The PPAB is composed of seven members that are appointed for a five-year term by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. Interested persons should have a strong commitment to public service and to downtown Sioux Falls.

Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at 8 a.m. in the Economic Development Conference Room located at 100 South Dakota Avenue.
