Where:  In front of the property at 503 South Summit Avenue

Why:  In 2013, the City of Sioux Falls hosted a news conference to discuss the code enforcement violations and police calls associated with the property at 503 South Summit Avenue. In August 2014, the media watched as the house was demolished. Today, a new home has been built on the lot and purchased by a new family. Come to Monday’s news conference to see how the new home has revitalized the neighborhood and learn more about how dealing with problem properties takes time but is always worth the effort.
