69th Street Lane Switch

Beginning on Thursday July 13, 2017, all lanes of traffic on West 69th Street from Landau Circle to Mustang Avenue will switch from the existing pavement on the south side of 69th Street to the newly constructed pavement on the north side of 69th Street. At Mustang Avenue, traffic will transition back to the south side of 69th Street. This work is part of the ongoing 69th Street and Western Avenue reconstruction project

This project is anticipated to be fully open to traffic by late fall, with final completion scheduled for the spring of 2018.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure –26th Street

Beginning on Thursday morning, July 13, 2017, the outside eastbound lane of West 26th Street will be closed from the corner of South Marion Road to 350 feet west.  

Elliot Construction will be performing boring operations.

This work is anticipated to be complete by the end of the day July 13, 2017.
