- CP v. “Manufacturing company,” employment, religion. No probable cause found when CP alleged that Respondent failed to provide a reasonable accommodation to him. CP is a Muslim and required to pray five times per day, plus attend mosque on Fridays. Respondent provided a place for CP to pray during the day, but could not allow CP to leave work on Fridays to attend mosque, due to needs of the business. Respondent would permit CP to work the evening shift on Fridays, eliminating the conflict. CP refused the alternative accommodation and quit, claiming constructive discharge.
* CP stands for "Charging Party"
