69th Street and Tallgrass Avenue Project

In 2009, the City of Sioux Falls will be constructing 69th Street from Connie Avenue to Tallgrass Avenue and Tallgrass Avenue from 69th Street to approximately ¼ mile south.

This project is needed for the upcoming residential, commercial, and medical development proposed for the area. The project is expected to be bid in late winter, pending successful right of way negotiations.
