 | | Metropolitan Planning Organization Bicycle Plan | | On September 24, 2009 the Urbanized Development Commission of the Sioux Falls Metropolitan Planning Organization adopted the MPO Bicycle Plan. The plan recommends rural and urban on-road bicycle routes and future bicycle trails. The plan also recommends methods to improve bicyclist safety and the bicycling experience. |
