On Monday, October 26, 2009, work will begin on preparatory inspection, cleaning, and measuring for the upcoming lining of sanitary sewer service pipes at five locations.

The preparatory work will include minor lane closures, and some of the locations could have overlapping work dates. Preparatory work is expected to be completed by Saturday, October 31, 2009. The contractor for the work is Insituform Technologies, USA.

The planned order for performing work in the five locations is as follows:

• Monday, 10/26/09—West Russell Street and West Cherokee Street.
• Tuesday, 10/27/09—Mall Avenue and 11th Street, except the north lane of 11th Street to be closed. Also, Foster Avenue and 17th Street.
• Wednesday, 10/28/09—Fair Lane between South Bruce Road and South Riverdale Road.
• Thursday, 10/29/09—East 51st Street between Chicago Avenue and South Briarwood Avenue, and Twin Oaks Road between West Lotta Street and West Rose Street.
