On Monday, November 9, 2009, work will begin on Park Place Circle at Kiwanis Avenue. North and south traffic on Kiwanis Avenue will be maintained during construction. Park Place Circle west of Kiwanis Avenue will be fully closed. Traffic should utilize business accesses on 41st Street while Park Place Circle is under construction.

Work will include the addition of a left turn lane on Park Place Circle at Kiwanis Avenue.

The street is expected to reopen to traffic within four weeks. The prime contractor for the project is Buskerud Construction, Inc. of Dell Rapids, SD.
