Effective 6:30 a.m., Monday, November 9, 2009, weather permitting; the City of Sioux Falls Street Division will be doing sidewalk repairs along Cliff Avenue between 38th Street and Pam Road. The Southbound outside lane will be closed. Delays may be possible. This project is expected to be completed by 5 p.m., Monday, November 9, 2009.
