Effective 6:30 a.m., Thursday, November 12, 2009, weather permitting; the City of Sioux Falls Street Division will be doing sidewalk repairs along Cliff Avenue between 18th Street and 20th Street. The Northbound outside lane will be closed. Delays may be possible. This project is expected to be completed by 5 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2009.
