On Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at 12:39 p.m., Sioux Falls Police responded to a robbery call at the First Savings Bank, 2301 East Tenth Street.
A description of the suspect and the vehicle was aired to officers. A Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office Deputy saw a vehicle matching that description in the area. The vehicle was stopped by the SFPD and MCSO near Tenth Street and Fairfax Avenue. The three occupants of the vehicle were taken to the Law Enforcement Center to be interviewed.
The investigation found that one man entered the bank. He presented a note to a teller demanding money. The teller provided an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect left the bank. The robbery suspect was found in the vehicle and the cash was recovered. The driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
ARRESTED:
- Max Michael Boor, 28-year-old Sioux Falls resident, arrested for 2nd degree robbery and a parole detainer;
- Mark Gordon Green, 28-year-old Sioux Falls resident, arrested on a parole detainer;
- Shannon Leigh Heggeseth, 33-year-old Sioux Falls resident, arrested for possession of controlled substance.
