Beginning on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, a portion of the parking lane on the north side of west Tenth Street and west Phillips Avenue will be closed due to an inlet repair project.

Parking in this area may be restricted during construction. Traffic lanes will remain open to traffic at all times.

Oliver Construction, Inc. is the prime contractor.

Weather permitting, the project is anticipated to be completed by November 12. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling in this area.
