Outbound:

From 12th Street going east, turn left (south) on Blaine to Sioux Street, Sioux Street east to Cloudas to 12th street, east on 12th street and resume route.

Inbound:

From 15th and Cloudas, north on Cloudas to 12th street, east on 12th street to Thompson Ave, north on Thompson Ave to 11th street, west on 11th street to Cleveland Ave ,north on Cleveland Ave and resume route.
