Beginning on Monday, May 19, 2008, Phillips Avenue between 19th Street and 20th Street will be closed. All traffic will be detoured using 19th Street, First Avenue, and 20th Street.

First Rate Excavating will be performing sewer work in Phillips Avenue.

The project is anticipated to be completed by Tuesday evening, May 20, 2008.

Motorists are urged to use alternate routes when traveling in this area.
