The City of Sioux Falls has debuted a new customer service area of its website, Mayor Dave Munson announced in his State of the City address today.

Visitors to the City’s website, www.siouxfalls.org, can now link to a site called Sioux Falls @ Your Service, a central resource for areas of the website designed to provide enhanced customer service.

Sioux Falls @ Your Service contains a full directory of contact information for City departments and links to online information about a wide range of public meetings and City services. Visitors can also download permits, applications, and inspection scores.

“This is a wonderful addition to our website,” Munson said. “We want to make information as accessible as possible for our customers.”

The City plans to add more online resources for residents throughout this year and welcomes suggestions from the public, Munson added.
