NOTICE OF HEARING UPON APPLICATIONS FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Notice is given that various Alcoholic Beverage Licenses are to be operated at various locations in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as listed below.

The City Council will consider said applications at Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West Tenth Street, at 7 p.m., on Monday, August 4, 2008.

Any person interested may appear and be heard.

• Special One-Day Liquor License for Washington Pavilion Management Inc., Washington Pavilion of Arts & Science, 301 South Main Avenue, on August 9, 2008, for a class reunion.
• Special One-Day Liquor License for Great Bear Recreation Park Inc., Great Bear Recreation Park, to be operated at 5901 East Rice Street, on August 16, 2008, for a wedding reception.
• Special One-Day Malt Beverage and Special One-Day Wine Licenses for the Sioux Falls Sister Cities Association to be operated on 2nd Avenue between 24th and 26th Streets adjacent to McKennan Park, on August 15, 2008, for the Potato Man Sculpture Ceremony and Block Party.
