Date: 7/18/2008
From: Street Construction
Title: 33rd Street Closure

Beginning on Monday, July 21, 2008, construction crews will begin work on 33rd Street between Cliff Avenue and Yeager Road. Work will include miscellaneous utility repairs, concrete repairs, asphalt milling, and an asphalt overlay.

33rd Street will be closed to through traffic for the duration of this project. Motorists should use 26th Street as a detour route. Yeager Road will also be closed from the I-229 ramps to 33rd Street. 33rd Street and Yeager Road are expected to reopen to traffic by the middle of August.

The prime contractor for this project is Asphalt Surfacing Company of Sioux Falls.
