Beginning on Monday, July 21, 2008, the outside southbound lane of Cliff Avenue at 23rd Street will be closed. Traffic will be maintained on the inside southbound lane at all times.
Hander Plumbing will be doing sanitary sewer work in the intersection.

The project is anticipated to be completed by Sunday, July 27, 2008.
