Weather permitting, beginning Sunday morning, July 13, 2008, street resurfacing work will begin on Kiwanis Avenue from 41st Street to 49th Street and Sheldon Avenue from 41st Street to Kiwanis Avenue. Kiwanis Avenue and Sheldon Avenue will be closed for the duration of the project.

Traffic will be redirected by flaggers and signage.

The entire project is expected to be completed by Sunday afternoon, July 13, 2008.

Sta-bilt Construction Company of Harlan, Iowa is the prime contractor.
