On Wednesday, February 13, 2008, Sioux Falls Animal Control received a report of an adult male that was bitten by a dog in the area of Sixth Street and Phillips Avenue at about 7:30 p.m.

The dog is described as a small dog that was white in color with brown spots. A male was walking the dog on a leash and it jumped up on the bite victim. The victim did not immediately realize he had been bitten.
