  • What is the zoning on my property?
    • If you have an address or legal description, it will be quicker to call the zoning office for information. If you know the location of your property from a street intersection, planning staff can find the zoning on a map.
  • What is the status of my plat application?
    • Plat applications within the City and within its platting jurisdiction out side the city are due in the City Planning Office by 10:00 a.m. every Tuesday and will be processed administratively. Unless there is a problem with the application- changes required, assessments due, etc.- the Applicant can expect to receive a call after 10 days to pick up the signed plat and file it at the courthouse.
