The board may advise the mayor and council regarding the management and use of the Arena and Convention Center. The board’s duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing financial information regarding the City’s financial interest in the Arena and Convention Center;
- Recommending rate increases;
- Reviewing policies relating to public use of the facilities.
