Mayor Dave Munson delivered the 2009 Budget Address at Carnegie Town Hall on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 1:30 p.m.

The address will be broadcast live on CityLink Cable Channel 16 and will be rebroadcast on CityLink 16 at the following times:

• Friday, July 25: 12 noon and 4 p.m.
• Saturday, July 26: 12 noon
• Sunday, July 27: 3 p.m.
• Monday, July 28: 3 p.m.
