NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Water Reclamation Facility and Water Purification Plant Roof Replacements.

Sealed bids shall be received by Purchasing, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 224 W. Ninth St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., July 16, 2009. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

Specifications and bid forms that must be used are available online at http://eplans.siouxfalls.org or from the Office of City Engineer at 224 W. Ninth St., Sioux Falls, SD. Cite Bid Request No. 09 1035.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

A Pre-bid Conference will be held on July 7, 2009, at 10 a.m. at the Water Reclamation Facility, 4500 N. Sycamore Ave., Sioux Falls, SD.
