The Alcohol License Application Checklist is then routed to the City Zoning Office (Ground Floor of City Hall, 224 West Ninth Street). If you are unable to route this form in person, please begin the routing process by faxing to the City Zoning Office.

If it is determined that a Conditional Use Permit is required for the proposed location, this process must take place prior to license application. See the link below for information regarding the Conditional Use Permit requirements.

Upon completion of the Alcohol License Application Checklist, please contact Lorie Hogstad in the City Attorney's Office to set up an appointment to review the paperwork required for the alcoholic beverage license(s).
